Overview

The PVC water pipe extrusion machine is a "multi-system collaborative" production line. Each stage is designed around "precise pipe dimensions, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and environmental compliance." The core components include five major modules: raw material pretreatment system, extrusion molding system, cooling and shaping system, traction cutting system, and auxiliary control system.

PVC water pipes (especially water supply pipes) have stringent requirements for "wall thickness uniformity, outer diameter tolerance, pressure resistance, and environmental friendliness." The equipment achieves these specifications through targeted technical design, and its core features can be summarized as "precision plasticizing, accurate shaping, intelligent quality control, and environmental compatibility."


1. Twin-Screw Precision Plasticization: Ensuring Pipe Strength and Uniformity


Conical Twin-Screw Extrusion System: Mainstream utilizes the SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder, with an optimized length-to-diameter ratio of 25:1-33:1 and a compression ratio of 3.5:1-4.5:1, suitable for the efficient plasticization of PVC-U powder (including stabilizers, impact modifiers, calcium powder, and other additives).


Strong Shear Mixing Capacity: The shear force generated by the counter-rotating twin screws ensures "molecular-level uniform mixing" of PVC powder and additives, avoiding the "bubbles, delamination, and wall thickness deviations" caused by uneven plasticization in single-screw extruders, ensuring the pipe's pressure resistance (e.g., PN1.6MPa water supply pipes) meets standards.


Direct Powder Processing: No pre-granulation is required, saving energy and costs associated with the granulation process (saving 15%-20% in electricity costs per ton of pipe), while also reducing secondary contamination during granule storage and transportation.


Wear-Resistant Material Design: Screw / The barrel is made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel and nitrided (surface hardness above HV900), making it resistant to wear from calcium powder (20%-40% added) in PVC powder, with a service life of 8000-12000 hours (compared to only 3000 hours for ordinary carbon steel screws).


2. Vacuum Shaping + Internal Pressure Control: Ensuring Precise Pipe Dimensions


PVC water line pipes must meet strict dimensional tolerances (e.g., outer diameter tolerance ±0.3mm, wall thickness tolerance ±10%). The equipment achieves precise shape control through a "vacuum shaping chamber + internal pressure system":


Vacuum Shaping Chamber: Employs multi-stage vacuum adsorption (vacuum degree -0.04~-0.08MPa adjustable), combined with circulating water cooling (water temperature control ±1℃). Through the tight fit between the inner wall of the shaping sleeve and the outer surface of the pipe, the pipe is forced to cool and shape, ensuring outer diameter accuracy.


Shaping Sleeve Material: Made of copper alloy or stainless steel, with the inner wall polished to Ra≤0.8μm to avoid scratching the pipe surface and improve heat dissipation efficiency (30% faster cooling speed than ordinary cast iron shaping sleeves).
