Overview

PU tube production equipment is a specialized automated production line for continuous extrusion molding of polyurethane (PU) tubes. It can produce PU tubes of various specifications, such as pneumatic hoses, hydraulic hoses, food-grade delivery tubes, and medical catheters. It features high precision, strong flexibility, and adaptability to a variety of products, and is widely used in machinery, automotive, medical, food processing and other fields.

Equipment features and advantages

The screw features a gradient design to accommodate the heat-sensitive nature of TPU, with a length-to-diameter ratio of 25:1 to 30:1. The barrel features three-stage temperature control (±1℃), ensuring uniform plasticization without degradation.


Servo traction and frequency conversion winding provide controllable tension, suitable for disc/straight pipe cutting, eliminating tension deformation and ensuring high length measurement accuracy.


The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoALA nitrided steel or 9Cr18MoV hardened steel, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and extended service life.


A 304 stainless steel cooling water tank with a circulating water system prevents rust and reduces maintenance costs.


A hardened gear reducer and frequency conversion motor provide high transmission efficiency, low noise, and stable and reliable operation.

Product features and advantages

Oil Resistance: 

Resistant to mineral oil and hydraulic oil, with performance 15-20 times that of natural rubber, suitable for industrial fluid transportation.


Aging Resistance: 

Resistant to ozone and UV radiation, aging at 1/5 the speed of natural rubber, resulting in a long service life outdoors.


Wide Temperature Range: 

Standard range -40℃ to +80℃, special formulations can extend to -50℃ to +120℃.


Differences in Hydrolysis Resistance: 

Polyether-based TPU is hydrolysis-resistant and mildew-resistant, suitable for humid/outdoor environments; polyester-based TPU has superior oil resistance, suitable for industrial oily environments.


Low Gas Permeability: 

Reduces media leakage and lowers the risk of contamination.
