This equipment is suitable for producing waterproof membrane rolls, using TPO, PVC, and PE plastic raw materials as the main raw materials.
Products are widely used in: building roofs, underground waterproofing and seepage prevention, such as reservoirs, dams, pools, sewage treatment plants, tunnels, grain silos, civil defense projects, landfills, etc.
Product widths range from 1 meter to 8 meters; our equipment can meet customer needs.
The production line includes the following configuration:
● Extruder: A specially designed screw and precise temperature control system ensure good plasticization of the rubber compound and stable high-yield extrusion.
● Screen and Die Changer: A hydraulic quick-change device ensures fast and efficient screen changing. The coat hanger-style die head features a multi-channel design, ensuring even distribution of the rubber compound across the entire die width. The die lip gap is easily adjustable, allowing for precise sheet thickness adjustment.
● Three-Roll Calender: Depending on the rubber compound characteristics, a flat, inclined, or vertical three-roll calender is used. The temperature control of each roll is independent, and the gap is easily adjustable, ensuring optimal calendering results.
● Cooling Guide Roller Support: Equipped with appropriate cooling guide rollers and multiple powerful vertical fans for superior cooling. An edge trimming device is also included to ensure the quality of the sheet edges.
● Cutting Machine: High-quality alloy cutting edges and imported bearings ensure high-quality sheet cuts and consistently stable cutting operations.
● Winding machine: It adopts a torque motor with four-axis automatic tension control, which can adjust the speed and winding tension at will to achieve the purpose of winding thin plates flat. With the slitting device, the required product width can be set freely.

The equipment can produce different types of PE waterproof membranes, suitable for almost all building waterproofing scenarios:
Roofing Waterproofing:
Produces 1.2~2.0mm thick UV-resistant PE membranes with an embossed, non-slip surface for easy walking by construction workers.
Basement Waterproofing:
Produces 2.0~4.0mm thick high-density PE membranes with high rigidity and good impermeability, which can be directly bonded to concrete.
Tunnel Waterproofing:
Produces PE membranes with a self-adhesive layer, requiring no heat fusion during construction; they can be directly applied, suitable for working in the confined spaces of tunnels.
Water Conservancy Projects:
Produces flame-retardant and acid/alkali-resistant PE membranes for seepage prevention in reservoirs and dams, resistant to aquatic corrosion.
