This equipment utilizes an SJ120 or SJ-150 single-screw extruder, a T-type adjustable flexible die, a vertical or 45-degree inclined three-roll calender, a three-in-one water temperature controller, a stainless steel cooling bracket equipped with a wide-width adjustable edge trimmer, a rubber roller traction machine, and a dual-station air-expansion shaft winding machine.
The production line employs a three-dimensional electrical control cabinet: an intelligent temperature control system, Siemens low-voltage electrical components, and frequency converters from well-known domestic and international brands. The produced sheets have a glossy, flawless, soft surface, are free of cracks, odors, and bubbles, and are finely crafted with a wide range of applications. They are soft, cold-resistant, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, and have excellent tear resistance. They are also weldable, and their physical properties are superior to rubber and other roll materials. They are used as linings in chemical, electroplating, and electrolytic cell industries, as insulating pads, and as interior and auxiliary materials for trains and automobiles. The operating temperature range is from -15 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. They can be bonded and welded.
