The TPU sheet production line successfully completed production and debugging. Packing and shipping are underway today. It was a particularly busy morning; the customer's equipment was being moved to the third floor for production, so they required us to weigh each product. TPU sheets are a relatively difficult product to produce. TPU molding temperature is very precise, and the material has high viscosity. If cooling is not done properly, the products will stick together. Therefore, we added a coating device to the molding process to prevent the materials from sticking together. Our factory has extensive experience in developing new products, designing different production processes for different raw materials and characteristics.
