This PP manure cleaning belt equipment is a production line for efficient manure cleaning systems in livestock farms.
We use a 130mm extruder with temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ to prevent PP degradation at high temperatures. The 2600mm die features a uniform flow channel design to avoid thickness variations (error ≤0.1mm). The die is made of corrosion-resistant die steel, extending its service life. The 2700mm rollers are mirror-polished (surface roughness ≤0.02μm). A temperature controller allows independent temperature control of each roller, ensuring stable temperature and thus guaranteeing sheet thickness and surface gloss. The cooling brackets are made of stainless steel with a smooth surface. A double-air-shaft winding machine can be used independently or together to prevent uneven sheet tension and misalignment during winding.
