The TPU flexible door curtain extrusion machine is a continuous production line specifically designed for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) flexible door curtains. It integrates the processes of "raw material melting and plasticizing → die extrusion molding → cooling and shaping → traction → winding." For product widths (e.g., 200mm/300mm/400mm/500mm/600mm), a corresponding die width is selected (die width can be customized, but must match the extruder's capacity) to process TPU granules into flexible door curtain products with high elasticity, weather resistance, and transparency (commonly used in supermarkets, workshops, cold storage, etc.). Currently, the factory has TPU flexible door curtain extrusion machines with diameters ranging from 200-2000mm in stock.
