The delivery date will meet the buyer's contractual requirements.
The operating direction and paint color of the equipment can be customized according to the buyer's requirements.
The supplier will provide the buyer with an installation diagram of the complete equipment set and, as required by the buyer, send one technical personnel to the buyer's site to guide and assist in the installation, commissioning, and operator training until the buyer's operators can independently produce qualified products.
After installation and commissioning, the supplier's equipment operators will provide on-site technical training on operating the equipment.
The buyer should prepare for equipment installation based on the foundation installation diagram, detailed list of self-provided auxiliary facilities, and material purchasing guide provided by the supplier, and actively cooperate with the supplier's service personnel.
Water, electricity, and gas lines will be laid to the designated locations according to the actual requirements during installation, and all materials needed for production will be prepared. If commissioning conditions are not met, the supplier's commissioning personnel will return.
Within 2-5 days of receiving the initial installation or commissioning notification from the customer, the supplier's service personnel will depart from the factory (limited to domestic customers within 900 kilometers; special circumstances such as overseas customers will be discussed separately).
During equipment installation and commissioning, all costs related to civil engineering, carpentry, construction, and hoisting of mechanical equipment will be borne by the customer.
Commissioning will normally take 5-8 days (excluding travel time; for overseas customers, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip airfare and wages of the commissioning personnel). The customer will be responsible for the accommodation, meals, and safety of the commissioning personnel.
Subsequent maintenance or spare parts will only be charged at cost price, and the supplier will provide the customer with comprehensive production process and technical services.
